  5. UNIQUEST Plant Rental/Maintenance handles direct sales, leases, and rentals of
  6. nursery plants to other businesses, tracks inventory in-house and on-site at
  7. customer locations, and tracks and schedules routes for employees to take to
  8. customer sites for regular plant maintenance. It includes a complete accounts
  9. receivable portion and does automatic monthly billing. It prints cards with
  10. information and instructions for each floor of each customer building. These
  11. cards contain any special instructions and reminders to the employees, insuring
  12. accuracy and efficiency. At the end of the year, a report can be printed
  13. showing the profitability of the various locations. Sales tax is automatically
  14. applied to invoices when applicable. Also tracks inventory of supplies (e.g.,
  15. ladders, hoses, buckets, watering carts), tracks employee time, and prints 32
  16. standard reports. UNIQUEST was developed with UNIFY RDBMS SQL. Inquiry/search
  17. screens are provided. Customization, training, andtelephone and modem support
